Fuel
Burning
Burning is a process in which a chemical compound reacts with oxygen to
give heat.
Heat will be released as a result of the chemical combination of fuels with
oxygen.
In daily life, burning often realizes in a heat generator (boiler, oven,
drying system etc.). Various problems may arise due to the characteristics of
boilers, and by the help of technology, people now try to eliminate such
problems..
People also work to minimize and prevent the waste of fuel by determining
the levels of combination of fuels with oxygen by measuring the burning
efficiency. Yet, the devices which measure burning efficiency (Flue Gas
Analyzers) are required to measure all parameters relating to burning and
produce accurate results. The first and the most significant process in respect
of fuel consumption is “BURNING”. No real fuel saving may be achieved without
boosting the burning efficiency.
We, TEV, are capable of achieving a fuel efficiency about % 15 to 35 by uplifting the Burning efficiency by use of our patented technologies.
The technologies we make use of are as follows:
TEV-MAG Thermo-magnetic fuel saving system
TEV-OPTİMA Measurement, record and optimization system
TEV-TRİM Advanced air-fuel adjustment system
Waste Heat
When it comes to heat generation systems, due to the physical laws, the
exhaust temperature must be higher than the heat transfer fluid. This results in
the continuous release/dismissal of hot gasses from exhaust into the air. We
call the said hot gasses released as waste heat.
Heat will be released as a result of the chemical combination of fuels with
oxygen.
The exhaust temperatures of the heat generators used in the industry may
reach 500°C during the processes with characteristics of 160-300 °C. Such waste
heat means fuel consumption at a significant level..
Today, by the help of advanced heat transfer technologies and processing
techniques, heat recovery is ensured and significant fuel saving is achieved. .
We, TEV, are capable of achieving a fuel efficiency about % 15 to 35 by uplifting the heat recovery and heat generation efficiency by use of our patented technologies.

TEV-KZ Thermo-condenser exhaust heat recovery system
TEV-PIPE Heat pipe gas/gas heat recovery system
TEV-KAZAN boiler systems of high efficiency
Heat Insulation
The most significant drawback and loss when it comes to heat generation and
consumption is that any material conducts heat, even if slightly. Therefore, the
most significant heat consumption comes with the heat losses depending on the
environmental conditions. For example, the rate of heat released by the boilers
used in the industry to the air from their body temperatures range from 3 to 5 %
at complete load values.
When assessing heat losses and saving, the most important issues are losses
and saving created via radiation. For that reason, it is very crucial to
minimize heat losses and savings. Level of heat insulation, which is known to
depend on the thickness of the insulation material used for heat insulation,
results in the increase of heat transferring surface along with the increase of
the thickness. New approaches in this field creates a new point of view, also
along with the development of NANO TECHNOLOGY.
We, TEV, are capable of achieving a fuel efficiency about % 15 to 35 by uplifting the heat generation efficiency thanks to our NANO TECHNOLOGICAL heat insulation technologies.
Heat Transfer
In order to ensure maximum utilization of heat energy by having a control
thereof, the development of heat transfer technology is of great significance.
Being able to transfer the highest amount of heat by the smallest mass during
heat transfer means the enhancement of TEV Total Energy Efficiency.
We, TEV, are capable of achieving a fuel efficiency about % 5 to 15 by uplifting the heat transfer by use of our patented technologies.
